I’m using Pro and all of my plugins and theme files are properly updated, and i’m still having a strange intermittent problem with autoplaying embedded video in revolution slider.
I’ve tried three different browsers with varying results. sometimes it works, other times it just freezes on a black screen.

i’m hoping to get these videos to autoplay consistently not only in my browser but on mobile devices as well. Right now its currently working in Chrome and Safari with no issue, but when i try the site on my iphone Xs, i’m getting the black frozen screen.
please help!
