Vimeo Embedding Player element not available (play, pause, sound etc.)

Dear Support Team,

In the Revolution Slider the Player Elements (status bar, play, sound, pause etc.) are not available even they are activated on vimeo site (embedd settings).

How may they be activated?

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to access those options under the settings tab.

Is it possible, that if the autostart is activated, the control bars and sound are deactivated?

Hi Marc,

It should be muted once it auto-played, please check this https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes. Else, please set the volume to 100 from the provided settings above.

And please turn on the HIDE CONTROLS option too so it wouldn’t display the control bars.

If these aren’t still working, then please make sure your Revolution Slider plugin are updated. And please provide a sample URL where we could test it.
