Vimeo background not working

I am using Vimeo for a background video on my website but the video is not display at all. I’ve tried to use other videos as well but it still won’t work. We are running the latest versions of all plugins/themes.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and added the same video in my local environment and it worked. I investigated your website and found that you might be added the embedded code into the Lower Layer of Background, I would suggest you add only the Link as shown in the following screenshot.

Thanks for explaining it. It required further investigation through the WordPress admin dashboard to recognize the reason behind the issue. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site on a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I have checked your website and found the issue at your end only. I have tried the same in my local environment and the video worked at the background as you are expecting it. I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version i.e. 5.1.3 and check if that resolves your issue.
If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
