Viglink 403 forbidden error

Hi there, I am trying to add some javascript to my footer plugin. The javascript is for Viglink which is an affiliate network tracker. When I enter it into the plugin I get a ‘403 Forbidden’ message.
I have pasted the script below and replaced my API key with ‘xxxxxxxx’.
Could you help me with this?
