Videos will not display / run

Good evening,

I have a a mp4 video file that I have uploaded onto my media area and would like to display on a page of mine.

I have the latest of X and cornerstone.

I have tried 3 different ways of embedding with a mixture of displaying nothing or a white box. I have also tested the video in just the media library and it works.

The first is a [video] shortcut = blank / nothing
Second is a classic element = white block
Third is a Video element = white block

please help - I have given you the exact location of the page in my secure notes

I tried your video on another page and it seems to be working.

It looks like your cue plugin is causing the issue with your videos.

Please try to contact the plugin developer and see what they can find.
