Videos not working on site (anywhere)

I have searched the topics and have been unable to find an answer so I’m starting fresh.

I am using videos in a few ways on my website and neither of them are working (it was working before and suddenly stopped working this week) (yes my theme is updated):

As a background on the home page:
http://dev.henhousemarketing.com/aha/

And with the Classic Player on this page:
http://dev.henhousemarketing.com/aha/about/

With the classic player I can hear the video if its off mute but visibly it doesn’t show up.

Thanks for posting in! This issue could be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role

Hi @Lacylou,

It seems some of the installed plugin(s) is the reason behind it, I have deactivated all the plugins which solved the issue at your staging or development server. I would suggest you activate the plugins in the staging or development server one at a time to recognize which plugin is causing the issue.
