Videos not playing on mobile

My client just alerted me thatthe videos on her website are not playing on mobile:

They are playing on desktop. They are also directly embdeded and mp4 formats

Can you please let us know the device your client is using to access the website. I tested the website on my mobile and also in Chrome responsive developer tool and video is playing fine.

Please try clearing cache and see how it goes.

I am using safari on my iPhone and not seeing it working. I just tried in chrome on my phone and I am seeing a play button with a slash through it. Cache has been cleared as well

The source of video has the white space at the end:

Can you please double check on it?

It should be like this: https://johnsboypizzeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/john.mp4

If it doesn’t help, please share us with your admin account so we can take a closer look.

I have checked your site in smaller screen and the video is working perfectly fine for me.

I have cleared all your plugin caches since you installed WP Rocket. You may check your site again in your mobile phone. Just remember to clear your mobile phone’s cache first before testing.

The video itself is not playable on Safari (both iOS and Mac OS). Please try clicking this video URL in your Safari browser and it will not play https://johnsboypizzeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/john1.mp4.
