Videos in mobile slider revolution

hello, I created a lightbox video popup in slider revolution for my videos, and for some reason on mobile and ipad, the videos are not loading properly. Once the play button is selected, the video opens the preview image in the lightbox, but in order to play the video I need to close the video and then open it a second time. Only then it plays. I would like it to play the first time it is selected. Again, THIS ISSUE IS ONLY PRESENT IF YOU OPEN THE WEBSITE IN A MOBILE DEVICE OR IPAD, not developer tools, or chrome mobile mode. Thanks
