You can use a DIV element below the Video element. You position it as “Absolute” like this:

You will also have to enable the Flexbox option of the DIV element so that the headlines will be at the middle.

You are having some issues with your server. It is best that you save the demo I created as a Preset and then you can apply it to the page where you want it. Or you can simply copy and paste within the builder. Check out this video:
