Video will not autoplay

I have tried multiple variables and my videos autoplay in Cornerstone but when I view them in any browser the videos do not autoplay. I have enables/disabled cache plugins and cleared caches as previously advised but the problem persists. Can you please help

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you tried muting the video? Please note that autoplay is only allowed when the video player is muted. See the screenshot below.

Yes, I have tried this and it still will not autoplay

Hey @joetawfik1,

Your video format is using the *.mov. Be advised that this format is for quicktime and it is not playable in some browsers. If you want your video to autoplay, it must be using the *.mp4 format. If you have the original video file, please have it converted from .mov format to .mp4 format and upload to the video gallery. You will need to edit the page and insert the new video URL with the .mp4 format.

Thanks for your help Ruenel. I changed the video formats but I ended up using Slider Revolution and used the classic Slider Revolution component for my videos which worked perfectly.
