Video source not picked up in player

Good morning,

I have been using the Video element to embed YouTube videos with ease. However when trying to insert a mp4 from the media area, the video just displays a white box - I thought maybe it was the video but if I copy and paste the url into my browser it works. It also plays within the media area.

Thank you for writing to us.

We have tried to replicate the same issue with your given details, and able to add the video you mentioned.

Seems everything is working, at our end. Please try the same by creating the specified section from scratch.

Thank you for testing this for me - in the end I found it was the Cue player plugin which caused the cornerstone videos to not show
