Video source missing

[alonmg]

Hi,
I use essential grid for my website.
Homepage: https://hasicha.org.il/ has grid that presents all the posts.
The page: https://hasicha.org.il/סרטוני-מקור/ has a grid that presents posts with a specific tag: talkvid

Many posts (but not all) in that page give a message “missing video source” when they open up, instead of showing the post. This happens also when you open them from the main page.

Can you please assist?
Thanks!

Hi @alonmg,

Thanks for writing in.

Upon checking your setup, I could not able to see any video that is video source missing. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of post shows video source missing.

Thanks.

Hi,
Any update? This is harming the functionality of our live website.
Thanks!

Hello There,

Thanks for clarifying. You are experiencing this issue because in some of your post, you have selected Video as the Post Format.

You should find the Video Post Settings and insert the video code.

When this is blank, the featured video area will display a “Video Source Missing” error message.

Hope this helps.
