I’m trying to figure out why we can’t see the background image on theChapel.cc home page if viewed on mobile or tablet. I tried checking the plugins & uploaded the home image again & it’s still black. We go into Slider Settings and uploaded the video poster image. The disappearance of this image just happened this week.
I’m able to see the background image. Try clearing your browser cache, close browser and try accessing it again. Or you could always try and incognito window first. If you are using any type of CDN turn it off then check to see if the image shows on your mobile devices.

I checked the website and can see background image. I also see that you are using WP Fastest Cache. As @uniqconcepts shared, please try clearing site cache and browser cache so that the updated resources are used to load the website.
