Hi there :slight_smile:
I’ve just followed the instructions of this post Video popup and I have been able to set up everything, but it is a modal, not a popup. I mean, that you have to press a button so the video shows, and it doesn’t popup straight after loading the site. Is there a way to create that video popup?

I would like to avoid having to use convertplus…

Thanks for reaching out!

There’s no option in our native functionality to show an automatic popup and it will require customization since you are avoiding using the convert plus plugin. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
