Video player objects - No video displayed only audio plays

All of the videos on my site are suddenly only playing audio and no video is being displayed. This happens across multiple browsers and devices. These videos have been working for years even as recently as last week.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the website listed in your Themeco Account and found that it is using the older version of Pro i.e. 6.1.0. I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version and check if that helps. If that does not work after the update, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
