Dear Team,
I put video uploaded to my website and put it into Video element with autoplay. Unfortunatelly it is not working. It works when you click the video or reload the website. If you go to other website and come back to this site then video again not want to autoplay.
I have checked plugin conflict but without success.

Thanks for writing in! This could be a caching issue. Since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
Please temporarily deactivate your caching plugin and test your site again.

I turned off plugins: a3 Lazy Load, W3 Total Cache and WebP Express which can have influence on website proper working.

Hi Michal,
Have you tried to tick the Muted checkbox in the Video Element? Because most of the browser only autoplay videos if it was approved by the user, was activated by the user, or the media is muted.
If it’s still not working, can you share with us a login credential for the site in a secure note so we can look at it a bit closer.
