Video player issue - play icon in centre isn't clickable

Hi Support,

We have built a website for: https://holleyoptometrists.com/

They have reported that people have not been able to watch the videos. As they’re clicking on the centre icon and not seeing the smaller play button.

The icon in the centre of the video isn’t clickable.This is causing confusion, people thing the videos don’t work.

Are there any settings / changes that will make this work?

I checked your given page URL, I noticed that there are some JS console errors on your site. It might be due to plugin conflict or JS/CSS customization issues. It seems that due to the JS console error the video click even it not working. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
