How can I make the video player go full size ? I tried many sizing not working, I want to replace the slider with the video to avoid the cover image in slider rev.

It can only accommodate the size of its container, it’s always in full-size but the container could have different dimensions. And if you’re referring to full-screen similar to revolution slider then it’s not possible with simple CSS. It needs to stay responsive for every device and it would require customization that revolution slider that already has. That is if you really wish to imitate the revolution slider.
Plus, every video must have a cover image, or else it will be blank on devices that doesn’t play videos even without revolution slider.
