Video on homepage not auto-playing

Hi Friends,

So i have a single video at the head of the page that is set to auto-play:

Home - Truecare Chiropractic

And its not auto playing the way it should, at first it wasn’t playing at all now (for me in firefox, windows 10) its looks like it’s playing the sound but not the video, so this is getting really weird cause on a demo page it starts playing right away smooth and clean:

So I’m kind of stumped on whats going on here.

Hi John,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your issue further, I see the following error and notices on the console log.

This issue seems to be fixing the in the next Firefox update release as you can read here (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1516598).

Basically for now, it will follow the user’s browser settings before playing video.
