The embedded private youtube video on our homepage works well on desktop but doesn’t upload on mobile.

We have tried on several mobiles and we all got the same issue.
Also tried the player without more success.
I have searched the forum but could not find a solution.
Can you please help me fix this?

Thank you for writing in, on my end your Youtube video is unavailable even on desktop (see screenshot below). The issue is with in your Youtube video itself, because it works when I placed a different video. Please check the settings of that video and make sure its allowed to be embedded.
