Video not showing on website

Using Cornerstone, I added a background video to a section on my website by adding the URL of the video. However, it does not show on the website. How can I get it to show on the website? Please see secure data.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site dashboard it seems that you are using the “Classic Section”. I would suggest you use the V2 “Section” and the background video. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. I have also noticed that there is plugin conflict as well. I would suggest you temporarily deactivate the plugin called " WHA Wordsearch" then check it.

Thank you. The video now shows on the website, but not the entire video. I can see only a small portion. Where is the setting that will allow the entire video to be seen?

Hello @eutaw,

You need to add row and column elements.

In your column settings, you will have to set a minimum height of at least 400 pixels so that there is enough space to display the video.
