I noticed the video URL was dev- and so I took that off thinking it would resolve issue but it did not.

You maybe having CORS or Cross Origin Resource Sharing issue. Your video in https://dev-corporate.accuweather.com/ is loaded from https://corporate.accuweather.com/.

  • Please install a Search and Replace plugin in your staging site.
  • Search for https://corporate.accuweather.com/wp-content/uploads/ and replace it with https://dev-corporate.accuweather.com/wp-content/uploads/.
