Video not playing properly

Hi there,

On our site https://beyondcoalandgas.org, we can’t get the video we have uploaded to play the whole way through. I’ve added the video by uploading it to the website, and put it in the Classic Video Player element. Is there anything else I should do? Also there appears to be no sound?

Hey Beverley,

I see you’re using X 5.2.5 and Cornerstone 3.1.6 (the latest). Those are incompatible versions. The latest version of X that is compatible with the latest version of Cornerstone is 6.1.6. Please update first then check again if the issue will persist.
