Video Not playing on iPhone

I have recently changed my home head image to a video - this seems to work great on computers and even my iPad. However when I try and load this content on my iPhone the video doesn’t play. I have tried on both Chrom and Safari.

Is there any reason for this, or a way I can understand what the root cause of the problem is?

I can’t replicate the issue you are facing, the header video is just working fine when I test on the iPad and iPhone. I suggest that you will clear your phone browser cache or if you have any cache plugins and 3rd party cache please flush the cache.
