Currently have a gif in header to emulate what I am trying to achieve. Video is small and has no audio. I’ve tried posting a link from the subdomain as well as the current domain, and it’s not showing up. Links are and more site information below.
Hello @JamieNiccole,
Thanks for writing in! The issue is because of your SSL settings. You are using HTTPS while you insert a video URL using HTTP only which has created a CORS issue.
See the secure note.
I went ahead and the issue. The video should be playing now in the live view of the page.
Thank you for noticing the “s”. I’m willing to bet this was working when you posted, however it doesn’t seem to be the case at the moment. I made the background transparent just to double check too. Replaced the link and saved to no avail.
Hey @JamieNiccole,
I checked both of your headers and indeed you’re having the http/https mismatch issue. When I tried to edit your homepage header it gave me the http/https mismatch error (see secure note)
Please try following this guide and see if this works: https://theme.co/docs/warnings-in-the-builders#origin-url-and-preview-url
Let us know how this goes!
