Video not playing in Chrome

I have a problem with videos on my website when I am using Chrome, they don’t play and I get this in the console. How can I solve this quickly?

Hi,

If you are using the player, you need to add the url of the mp4 file itself. It’s only available if you have PRO or business account.

If not you can use the embed option.
