Video not loading on Mobile

Hi, can someone from ThemeCo take a look at this site, the video isn’t playing on mobile but loads fine on desktop.

I checked your site on my Android phone on the Google Chrome browser version 114.0.5735.131 and it seems that the video is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of the browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then recheck it. If it doesn’t work for you please let us know the browser and its version.

Hi Omar,

I have checked your website in Safari Browser on iOS using the online browser testing tool but didn’t find the problem. Can you please mention the device, browser version, and also the operating system version you are using, which helps us to replicate the issue at our end?

Hi @tristup, this issue only happen on the physical device itself. Tested on various iPhones with the latest iOS so it’s not an isolated incident.

The mobile Safari browser only supports webm video format partially.

If you still have the original video, please convert it to .mp4 instead.
