Video not displaying/playing

Mp4 videos (local) no longer play from Cornerstone Video or Classic Video Player elements. Worked previously and the videos play fine on other site using a different theme/pagebuilder. Embedding a Youtube video seems to work fine, so it appears to be just the video players that no longer work.

I have checked the same in the local environment and found the Video element is working fine with the local mp4 and embed code. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

NOTE: I would also suggest you deactivate or disable the PROXY setting or plugins and check if that helps.
