Video Not Displaying in Modals

Hi there,
After updating to the newest Pro version, the video modals we have on the page are no longer displaying unless a user is logged into the site:

I can see the videos just fine when I’m logged in, but if I look on another browser or in incognito the audio plays, but the video element is not visually displayed.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that there is an issue with the cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache from the cache plugin " WP Fastest Cache" and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and check it again. You must purge all the browser cache as well.
