Video not displaying (audio portion is)

Hello,

We have a video in our hero location (in the Pro header). Though upon loading the page, a white screen appears (and the audio begins on the video).

However, the same video is displayed using the Video element too (on our Contact page and it works great). We have troubleshooted the homepage, and we do not have any additional plugin features on this page – so not understanding why the video portion is white screen when playing?

Thank you for checking into this, though it appears the video is still not playing. Just want to make sure we are both referring to the video in the Pro > Headers > Homepage Header (Video) > Container 2 > Video

You said the same video is added in Contact page, but that video that is playing is added as page content and not as a header. So I was comparing the content in the contact us page and home page, the header on contact us page has no video too.

And the blank I’m seeing in home page is content’s video and not the header video. Would you mind clarifying the setup you’re trying to implement?

I also went ahead and removed that text, now the video is displaying on home page content.

Ah okay, I see… you helped me untangle wires I had crossed.

I didn’t even know I had placed the video on the homepage. I had it also in Header (homepage version), so I was referring to that. My fault! No wonder, I couldn’t find the text to remove.

That was a huge help, thank you @Rad ! Everything is perfect now.
