We have set up a number of pages on our client site using a video player element. With a source and a poster for the pre-load. The videos are not showing and the posters are missing after the page has loaded.

I have checked the given URL and found that a JavaScript error is showing up related to the MediaElement which is responsible to play the video. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Deactivated all plugin, and removed some not being used. Then reinstalled the plugins from fresh versions and this resolved the issue thanks for you help.
