Video link not working on portfolio

Hi,

I have a problem uploading videos on my two new portfolios items on my website (insert a media -> by url). On these two following pages :

I don’t understand why the issue occurs. It was perfectly working with my previous items :

Can you please help me with this issue ?

Please ensure that you have set the Media type as Video from the Portfolio settings.

I checked you are given page URL it seems that the video source URL is not available, please make sure that you have inserted the video source URL. If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

Hello @Rucho,

The given credentials do not work for me. Please double-check the details.

One thing to keep in mind, Please make sure that your video is not private. If it does, it will not load no matter what. Also, be advised that you need to insert the correct video source. Using a Vimeo link may not properly work.
