Video iFrame not loading

Hi, we have problems loading iframe videos in new Pro.
All fields are blank.

The video is playing and added as embed code in video element. May I know where it’s not loading? Or are you referring to the builder side? If yes, then please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note.

Hi its done with the builder and the video embed codes of vimeo are in the video builder elements (new not classic). We have updated the secure note. THX for helping

The videos both load in the frontend and in the builder. What I mean by “load” is the video is displayed. Playing them is a different case. The video can be played in the frontend but not in the builder because it’s necessary to disable the click action in the iframe in order for you to move the video.

If I’m not understanding the issue correctly, please describe what exactly is happening.

i see the iframe videos in the backend side but not on front end

I am using Chrome and when I check your site, the video is displayed.

I can see that you are using CDN (Content Delivery Network). Please clear your CDN cache and test your site again.
