Video header not working on all devices

So when people are using a Microsoft surface or surface pro the video header does not show up. It is just a gray screen.

Is their some sort of @media I need to use to make the video show up on these hybrid type devises?

Any touch device is considered mobile, and there is no autoplay for any mobile device. You may need to add a poster image as the replacement for the video. The laptop could function as the tablet, and tablet could function as the laptop. It’s not safe to determine a mobile device with just resolution anymore, so the solution (the easiest) is to consider all touch devices as mobile. This was already on our feature request list but there is no available solution as of yet.

Video and players are initiated by javascript and it can’t be controlled by CSS.
