Hi, I use the X theme on WordPress and I have had issues with embedding videos on it since day 1.

How do I fix this issue? the video is in a good format to begin with (embedded from youTube, in this example) but then on my website, it shows up as a very weird size, the proportions are all off, and I have no clue how to fix it.

Hi Britta,
From what I see you used the iFrame of the YouTube itself and our theme does not have anything to do with that section of the video. You can test that by changing our theme to another one and you will see the same result.
You need to make sure that the Embed code iFrame size is a correct one. I suggest that you use the Video Element to add the iFrame and also make sure that you customize the Embed code to show it in a proper size.
