It seems that you are using Gutenberg for the YouTube video in the post content, I would suggest you please use the YouTube video element and insert the YouTube video URL. I noticed that you are using a shorter video URL.
If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
