Video Embed large Javascript parsing

Hi there,
We have 4 embedded videos on our homepage www.allwastematters.co.uk but these are causing very slow load times and the following errors on GTmetrix. Are you able to login and rectify this for me please?

Hi There,

Upon checking your website, I could see that it has 28 active plugins.

Please try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi I’ve tried this as suggested but it is still bringing the same errors and loading slowly. Any other suggestions?

I tried to login but the credentials is not working anymore.

Please try to exclude JS files from minification. Then clear cache and check again.
