Video embed code box not showing on a portfolio

Hello! I’m having an issue with the video embed code not showing on a portfolio.

I found this thread here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cant-add-video-embedded-code-to-video-post-after-wordpress-update/51365 and double checked that I’m all up to date.

I’m on X 7.1.2. and using the Renew theme.

Thanks for writing in! Since you are up to date, to better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the credentials, please open/edit your portfolio post and see screen settings (upper-right corner), and then check the Video Portfolio Item Settings
