Video Displays with excessive padding inside of the tabs

Hey Guys, I’m having a problem with embedding the video inside of the tabs. I will attach a photo example below
When viewing on mobile the video box seems to be very minimal and the padding from the top bottom and sides seems to be very excessive, I would like to bring the video close to the top. I tried to fix it with CSS but it doesn’t seem to work.

Is there any solution to this?
