Video Disappears In Edit Mode After Updating

Hi there - We just updated our staging site from Cornerstone 4.1.2 to 4.2.1 and Theme X from 7.1.2 to 7.2.1. After the update I visited a product on the staging site which uses Cornerstone, Classic Tabs and under the Classic tabs video is embedded.

When viewing the product in Cornerstones edit view, I noticed two things:

1. The tab that has video embedded, does not display the video when being viewed in Cornerstone edit mode.

2. Some of the html was removed from the tab

The page does display correctly when doing a live preview.

So,

1. Why isnt the video displaying
2. Why was the html removed?

I have shared a link to a video capture via a private note that illustrates the issue.

The staging site uses Theme X version 7.2.1 and Cornerstone 4.2.1. It also has a customized child theme. We are using renew stack.

The live site uses Theme X version 7.1.2 and Cornerstone 4.1.2. It also has a customized child theme. We are using renew stack.

Hello Tim,

Version 7.2.2 for X and 4.2.2 for Cornerstone were released that contains some bug fixes.

Can you please update to the latest versions first then make sure to clear your site’s cache and see if the issue still exists?
