Video controls are working on the desktop version of the website but they are not working or hidden on Ipad and iphone.

It is your particular mp4 video that is not playing. The video encoding might not be compatible with iOS. I played my mp4 file in iOS and it works.
Please consult with a video expert or install a software like Handbrake to make your video play on iOS devices. Try telling or setting the video encoder to H.264 mp4. We’re not video experts so I don’t guarantee that it will work so that’s why it’s best to consult with a video expert.
