Video Backgrounds not working on a Subsite in multisite install

Hi there,

We’re running a Multisite install of WP. We have video backgrounds setup in the Pro builder and working nicely on the mother site. However when setting up the exact same way on a subset, the video won’t show. We have tested using the same video on both sites and same result. Mother site works, sub site does not.

Will put url’s in the secure note. Look forward to a response.

thanks

This could have affected the video player which resulted in your issue. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN
