Video background speed question and Boost presales question

Hi,
I would like to get a video background going as the first thing on the home page but have had issues with the site loading fast enough. Many times I can get the desktop views working fast enough but the mobile barely loads.

My question is regarding purchasing Boost - I don’t have a large need for overall site speed review but am mainly concerned with the video background hero section of the home page.

So is it possible to have the team focus specifically on getting a video background hero section to load fast enough?
