Hi, I have a video background on a section in Cornerstone (youthvoiceproductions.org) but it only shows on laptop, not tablets or phones. Any thoughts?

Thanks for writing in. In mobile devices, the poster image would be shown if you have set it up.
This is because the video background is disabled in mobile devices including touch screen enabled laptops. The reason is due to negative effects of playing a background video on mobile.
