Video Background Not Showing Pro

Hi
Any ideas why a background video is not showing on www.pallotglass.com? It used to display fine up until a few days ago. I have tried using an external URL on YouTube https://youtu.be/HOLfrcxtCTg and also on the local host http://pallotglass.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Pallot-la-fregate-video-1.mp4

I have cleared the webhost and browser cache and its still doesn’t display.
Any ideas?

In order to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

Hello @tapper65,

I have logged in and checked your site. You should add your background (image or video) in a Section element or in the Column element. Do not add it to the Row element. And by the way, you cannot use a Youtube video URL as a background video. Your video should have a direct URL like https://example.com/video-file.mp4.
