Video Background Not Playing

Looked at a few tutorials, and have done this in the past. Not sure whats wrong. I am hosting it on the website and using the new section layer.

I see it works well in Edge. However in Chrome and Firefox, its not working. Any suggestions?

Hey there, I’m noticing the same exact issue - works in Edge but not Chrome or Firefox. Wondering if the OP figured out how to fix this? I’ve cleared cache in Chrome and Firefox, still doesn’t show up. It’s as if in Chrome it doesn’t update your script with the video player frame.

Edge Inspect (notice the mejs divs) - WORKING

And in Chrome, notice how the video src is in a <script type="text/template"></script> Weird. Any ideas? I deactivated all plugins and ran without a child theme to see if that fixed it. No change.

Hi Matt,

I did check your page and the video background plays both on Chrome and Firefox.

Try using private/incognito mode where there is no caching and add-ons involve.
