Thank you for reaching out to us. Background videos wont play on touch devices but instead display the poster image (see screenshot below) as fallback on mobile devices since having a video background is only good for desktop screes. For smaller screens and devices, aside from being a bandwidth hogger and data costly, this will still not work either on tablets nor smartphones as there is no autostart(autoplay) on mobile and that videos don’t play inline on smartphones. They usually open in the mobile player.
