We have a video background set on the homepage of our website.

It looks great on desktop but isn’t showing on mobile. Was hoping for some help with this.

Thank you for writing in. Background videos wont play on touch devices (for performance purposes) but instead display the poster image (see screenshot below) as a fallback on mobile devices since having a video background is only good for desktop screes. For smaller screens and devices, aside from being a bandwidth hogger and data costly, this will still not work either on tablets nor smartphones as there is no autostart (autoplay) on mobile and that videos don’t play inline on smartphones. They usually open in the mobile player.
