Thank you for writing in, is that your video below? It says on the filename Weboptimized but it seems it’s not, even Chrome having a hard time loading it and its not loading on Firefox at all.
Would you mind reoptimizing/encoding that video? And please do not put a space on its filename.

Yes thats correct, however I had a much smaller video 1mb in before and it did not work too. Its only on iphone and thus seems to be a bug in the pro theme or something similar

Please rename the file video file from https://lumifilm.de/Website%20Hintergrundvideo%202020%20(Weboptimized).mp4 into https://lumifilm.de/Website-Hintergrundvideo-(Weboptimized).mp4.
If you have the original video file, please download HandBrake (handbrake.fr) and convert the video to Website-Hintergrundvideo-(Weboptimized).mp4.
