Video background layer of a section not playing

Hi there,

Using Pro theme.

I have an mp4 in a background layer of a section.

It’s not playing on mobiles. It’s only a small 2 second looped video.

It’s a properly formatted mp4.

Can I force mobiles to show the poster until it’s downloaded?

Hey Dave,

Regretfully, it’s not possible to play the background video on mobile. There is no good way of achieving that.
